The room at The End Place was cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bathroom, although small, had a refreshing shower that helped me kickstart my day with energy and enthusiasm. It was perfect for me as a guest with children, we all felt comfortable and relaxed.

Personally, I found the bathroom to be a bit cramped, but others might not mind.

The location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales. the cottage itself is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the hosts, Jules and Trevor, provide exceptional hospitality and go above and beyond in ensuring their guests' comfort. the cottage is well-equipped with everything you need, from a delicious breakfast basket to thoughtful touches like hot water bottles and wellies.

That the hotel's remote location made it a bit difficult to find, but following the hosts' driving instructions instead of relying on GPS solved this issue.

As foreign tourists, we loved the stunning and tranquil location of this private cottage. the key safe and contactless check-in were convenient. the laminated walking maps and opportunity to feed the alpacas and interact with the other animals were a special treat. the wildlife scene from the glass wall was amazing, and the clear starry night skies were captivating. a perfect romantic retreat.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints.
